ORDERING & PAYMENT
Orders can be made by e-mail or through Etsy Wholesale. Payment is through Paypal, credit card, or check. Ready to order? Shop the catalog and download our order form, or shop online via Etsy Wholesale by clicking here.
MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS
Our minimum wholesale order is $150 for the opening order, and $100 for re-orders. We now offer carriage paid/free shipping for orders of at least $200 within the US! We currently do not have any product minimums, so feel free to mix and match as much as you’d like!
We generally ship between 2-5 business days from payment, via USPS Priority Mail. Very large orders may take additional time. Please let us know if you have any specific shipping preferences.
DISPLAY AND PACKAGING
Our wholesale cards are packaged in individual cello sleeves with a matching envelope. All our products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. If selling online, Tiny Bee Cards must be credited in the item description.
Credit must be given to Tiny Bee Cards in the product description for any online retailers. Selling via third party online retailers such as Amazon, Etsy, or eBay is not permitted.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Defective or damaged items may be replaced or exchanged. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt for any damaged or defective merchandise. We do not accept returns on unsold merchandise.
