Shipstation

If you sell on multiple marketplaces, Shipstation is kind of a must. It shows all your orders across all your marketplaces is one place - phew!! Otherwise it would really be a game of whack-a-mole for us to ship out orders. Essentially it takes all your orders, allows you to configure different shipping options, and lets you automate a ton of stuff so that all your orders can come in with the postage ready to print and ship. We use this one on a daily basis and I would have a really hard time running my business without it! Visit them here

Printing Center USA

We have our catalogs printed at Printing Center USA every year and they always come out perfect!! They're so easy to work with and we chose them because they did custom and unusual sizes, I really wanted a square catalog and most don't let you customize that. They also print lots of other things like brochures, business cards, and everything else. Visit them here.

Canon Pro-100

We get a lot of questions about what printer we use, and we're happy to spill the beans! We use the Canon Pro-100 and it prints beautifully and with no fuss. We always get good reviews on how vivid and bright our cards are, and this printer allows us to do that! Plus it can print on our extra luxe card stock with no problem (but check the manufacturer's information on paper thicknesses it can use if you have a specific paper you want to use with it) See it here.

Printful

If you wanna make stuff and not have to do all the packing and shipping, Printful is the way to go. You have to be up front about creation time because it can take over a week sometimes, but they often take around 2 days which is nice. They can print mugs, tees, sweatshirts, backpacks, phone cases, hats, jewelry... the list goes on. I have a lot of fun imagining and designing products to make there! You've probably seen our tees and mugs which they print for us, and the quality is beautiful. Check them out here.

Red River Paper

We found Red River Paper early on in our card business and we've been printing on their paper almost from the beginning! The quality is beautiful and it lets us get those really bright tones in our cards. They know a lot about printing and they even have a blog that has a lot of info about printers and paper. Visit their site here.

CA Buttons

CA Buttons has been an amazing resource for our button making. What I love about them is that their turnaround is FAST - one time we ran out of mirror back buttons we needed for a large order and they got them to us right away. They're also a local California business and it's always good to support local businesses! Visit their site here.

RubberStamps.net

Otter stampI loove making custom stamps, and there's something so satisfying about stamping them on everything. RubberStamps.net makes it really easy for me to design a new stamp, upload it, and then get it in the mail in just a few days. The otterly great stamp and happy mail bee stamp pictured here are some of my newest stamps, and I also just got another otter one that's self-inking that I use often too. If you're looking for fun ways to make cute packaging, stamps are so fun! Visit their site here

Etsy

For selling handmade products or buying anything from supplies to unique gifts, Etsy is my favorite. It's where I got my start 5 years ago with Tiny Bee Cards and our shop continues to grow. Plus if you use my link here to sign up, we'll both get 40 free listings!

Faire

If you're a maker and you do wholesale or you're thinking of starting to do wholesale, I can't recommend Faire enough! They've simplified the process of finding stockists so much, and it's really fun to have our products in so many stores. However, Faire is best for when you have a little more experience with your business, because it can be a lot to keep up with sometimes and you need to know your turnaround times for larger orders. Sign up here!
