FAQ
Shipping
We ship out all cards, enamel pins, stickers, art prints, and buttons within 1-3 days, usually the same or next day. Mugs, tees, and tote bags will be sent separately within 2-7 days.
Stickers and cards are shipped in a stamped envelope if you ordered letter rate shipping, and a sturdy mailer if you chose tracking. Pins and buttons are shipped in a curbside recyclable or compostable padded mailer.
Shipping times do vary and there is always a small chance of USPS delays. If you need a card before it can be delivered or just in case, feel free contact me for a digital printable version, which is free with purchase upon request.
DOMESTIC USA SHIPPING:
- Our cheapest shipping rate, letter rate, can now be chosen at checkout for small orders of 1-2 stickers or cards. Please note if you choose this option, it will not have tracking and will be sent as a letter with a stamp.
- Standard shipping via USPS First Class Mail usually takes 2-5 days shipping time, and Priority Mail usually takes 1-3 days shipping time. Mail can be subject to delays, so if you need your order by a specific date, please order as early as possible!
- If your card doesn’t arrive after 2 weeks time, contact us and we will ship a new one at no cost to you.
- Priority 1-3 day shipping upgrades are available at checkout for most items, but please keep in mind that 1-3 days is only an estimate. USPS does not guarantee Priority mail arrival times and can still be subject to delays due to weather, routing, or other issues.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
- Shipping outside the US is via First Class International Mail.
- International buyers are responsible for duty/customs fees, if any apply.
- Please be aware that international shipping can take time and depending on customs and other factors, and usually takes between 1-4 weeks or longer. Please take care to purchase your international orders well in advance.
- If your card gets lost in the mail and hasn’t arrived after 8 weeks, contact us and we will ship a new one at no cost to you.
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you aren’t, please contact us and send the item back within 30 days of arrival and we can exchange or refund your item.
Although we pack each item very carefully and securely, things can happen during shipping so if your item arrives damaged in any way, just let us know.

Custom Work
Custom orders are welcome! If you would like any item in a different color, or you’d like custom text, or to commission an illustration, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Environmental Impact
Our shop is environmentally friendly! Our cards are printed on premium, sustainable FSC certified stock. Our envelopes are 100% recycled and FSC certified. We use 100% renewable power in our studio to create and ship our items, and we use recycled and environmentally friendly packaging whenever possible.
We are unable to accept unsolicited card ideas, and we reserve the right to create any and all ideas that we come up with. Any custom or commissioned work is copyright ©Tiny Bee Cards and we reserve the right to sell any of our custom illustrations in our shop unless otherwise agreed.
